The 59th Seitoku Festival will be held on Saturday, November 18, and Sunday, November 19, 2023.
Hosted by Seitoku University and Seitoku Junior College, the festival will take place on the campus of Seitoku University in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture.
This year’s theme is “Dance with Dignity! Spin and Show Your Youthful Passion (Aoharu).”
